The invention consists of a 'housing structure' which surrounds the property to be protected. It is placed below ground level (ref. to Fig.1). It further consists of a telescoping framework consisting of 'arched' frame members constructed with hollow
flexible cylinder-like extendable tubing which travel inside their retaining housing. A series of inflatable panels are also provided - these are attached to the inner panel platforms and are uniformly placed or folded within the housing structure, taking up as little space as possible.
Finally, there are some gears and mechanism forming the 'mobility drive'. There are conduits, pipes and hoses connected to the protective housing for producing the hydraulic upward & downward mobility for this structure.
